You can you up! 在urbandictionary(城市词典)中也收录了这条中式英语:

you can you up

Translated from Chinglish. aka If you can do it then you should go up and do it. It's used against people who criticize others' work, especially when the criticizer it not that much better. Often followed by "no can no BB", which means "if you can't do it then don't even criticize it".

"That person does not deserve the award."

"You can you up"

Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.

Put up or shut up.

Let's see you do better.

If you're so good/clever/skilled, you do it!

If you're so good, why don't you do it?

If you're such an expert, why aren't you doing it?

You do it then...
